The Barbecue Chicken Ring


Chicken is all time favorite. If you have recently started exploring non-veg dishes, its a must try recipe. The juice of chicken and flavor of cheese in barbecue sauce gives immense taste.😋

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breast - 2 cup/ 1 lb
  • Barbecue Sauce -1 cup
  • Salt - 1 Tsp
  • Garlic minced - 1 1/2 Tsp
  • Green chili (finely chopped) - 2
  • Black pepper - 1/2 Tsp
  • Oil - 1 Tbsp
  • Onion (finely chopped) - 1 cup
  • Crescent dough - 8 Oz
  • Mozzarella Shredded Cheese - 1 1/2 cup
  • Cilantro/Coriander leaves - for garnishing

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F. 

Step 2

Boil the chicken breast and slice it. Heat the oil in fry pan. Saute garlic & green chili. After a minute, pour chicken breast with black pepper & salt. Cook & stir until the breast pieces are 80% cook. Turn off the stove and let it cool down to room temperature. In a medium size bowl mix all together saute chicken, onions & barbecue sauce*.

*If you like spicy, you can add schezwan sauce in the mixture.

Step 3

In a tray, place all crescent rolls in circle form and spread 3/4 mozzarella cheese in the circle and then spread saute chicken over it. Once the circle is filled with it, spread the rest mozzarella cheese all over it. Then cover the filled stuff with the pointed part of crescent sheet. Close the ends in it.


Step 4

Place the tray in preheated oven for 35 min. Garnish it with cilantro/coriander leaves.
Serve it hot with you favorite sauce.
