Caramel Custard


Custard is favorite but how about when its mixed delicious caramel. So here this goes Caramel Custard.

Ingredients

  • Sweet Condensed Milk - 1 can
  • Eggs- 2
  • Sugar - 1/4 Tbsp
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Vanilla Extract - 1/2 Tsp

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2

In a medium size bowl mix together sweet condensed milk with eggs. Then add 2 cup of lukewarm milk & vanilla extract. Mix all together.

Step 3

 In a medium size pan, pour sugar & cook in medium flame until turns caramel. Take 6" or 7" pan, pour the caramel in it & let it cool to set. Then pour the mixture over it.

Step 4

Fill a tray with water to be placed in oven and then place the mixture pan over it as we have to give it a water bath. Bake it for about 45 minutes. 

Note- You can also make it in stove. Place kadhai filled with water in base & with the help of stand place the mixture pan over it & cook it for 25-30 min on medium flame.

Step 5

You can serve it with extra caramel.
