Cheesy Veg Pockets

Ingredients

  • White Bread - 20 
  • Pasta Sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • Saute Garlic - 1 Tsp
  • Cottage Cheese/Paneer - 1 cup
  • Boil Corn - 1/2 cup
  • Boil Peas - 1/2 cup
  • Diced Onion - 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese shredded/diced - 1 cup
  • Seasoning -  1 Tsp
      • Italian Seasoning
      • Red Chili Flakes
      • Parsley
      • Oregano
      • Salt
      • Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a medium size bowl mix all together saute garlic, pasta sauce, cottage cheese, corn, peas, onion, cheese & all seasoning. Give it all a good mix.

Step 2

Flat the white bread with the help of roller & fill the mixture in it. Spread water on all the sides and seal the edges with your finger tips.

Step 3

Hot oil in kadhai and deep fry the pockets till it becomes golden brown.

Step 4

Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
