Ingredients
- Schezwan Sauce- 1 Tsp
- Black Pepper- 1 Tsp
- Parsley- 1 Tsp
- Italian Seasoning- 1 Tsp
- Oregano- 1 Tsp
- Red Chili Flakes- 1 Tsp
- Salt- 1 Tbsp
- Lemon juice- 1 Tbsp
- Garlic- 5
- Olive Oil- 1/4 cup
- Parmesan Cheese- 1/2 cup
- Pasta- 200 gm
- Spinach- 200 gm
- Tomato- 2 small diced
Note- If one is in shortage of these 3 ingredients- Oregano, Italian seasoning & parsley
-Use 1 tsp Garam masala.
Directions
Step 1
Boil water put some salt & 1 Tbsp olive oil. Boil pasta & drain it.
Step 2
Blanch spinach for 5 min. In a grinder mix spinach, 2 garlic, 2 Tbsp olive oil, half Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, parsley. Make a smooth paste.
Step 3
Put kadhai on stove, pour remaining olive oil, garlic then add tomatoes, black pepper and saute it. Mix spinach paste, schezwan sauce, salt, Italian seasoning, oregano, red chili flakes and then add pasta. Cover & cook it for 5 min while stirring in between. Add Parmesan cheese and cook it again for 5 min.
Step 4
Serve hot.
