Spinach Cheese Puffs
Puff Pastries are the best but when mixed with spinach it makes it healthy. Here you can use either cottage or feta cheese as per your taste, both makes it delicious.

Ingredients
- Chopped Spinach- 1 1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese- 1/2 cup
- Chopped garlic- 4 or 5 cloves
- Feta/ Cottage Cheese- 200 gm
- Red Chili Flakes- 1 Tsp
- Black Pepper- 1/2 Tsp
- Salt- 1 Tsp
- Cheese Spread(Garlic & Herbs flavor preferred)- 1/4 cup
- Puff Pastry Sheet- 1
- Olive Oil- 1 1/2 Tbsp
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
Step 2
Place a pan on stove, pour olive oil and garlic & saute it, then add spinach. Once the spinach reduces its size add chili flakes, salt, pepper & cheese spread. Saute it till the water evaporates. Then add crumbled feta/cottage cheese and saute it again. Once the mixtures dries, take it out from stove and rest it for 2-3 min. Then add mozzarella cheese and give it a good mix. Here the mixture is ready.
Step 3
Take the puff pastry, make it to room temperature and then roll it with the help of four. Cut it into 12 or 9 squares. Place the mixture in middle and close the corners with the help of egg-wash or water.
Step 4
Place it in baking tray and put it in preheated oven for 15 min or until it turns golden.
Serve it with tomato sauce.
