Ingredients
- Cauliflower florets- 1 medium size
- Finely chopped Onions- 1 medium size
Methi Dana- 1/4 Tsp
Rai- 1/2 Tsp
Kalonji- 1/2 Tsp
Jeera- 1/2 Tsp
Sauf- 1/2 Tsp
Coriandar Powder- 1 Tsp
Jeera Powder- 1 Tsp
Haldi Powder- 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 Tsp
Green Chilli roughly chopped- 2-3
Mustard Oil- 2-4 Tbsp
Curd- 1/2 cup
Hing- 1/4 Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1-2 Tsp
Salt- As per taste
Fresh Coriander- For Garnishing
Directions
Step 1
Heat Mustard oil in a pan then add rai, jeera, sauf, kalonji, methi dana & hing. Fry it for few seconds. Then add coriandar & jeera powder fey it for few seconds. Add onions and fry till it get golden brown.
Step 2
Add green chili, haldi & red chili powder mix it together and fry for a minute.
Step 3
Add cauliflower florets, salt & sprinkle some water so the cauliflower don't stick. Cover & cook till its semi cooked and keep stirring in between. Once its semi cooked add ginger garlic paste & curd. Mix it together and cover & cook for 10 min on medium flame. Do not overcook.
