Ingredients
- Kabuli Chana- 2 cup
- Baking Soda- 1 Tsp
- Onion- 2 cup
- Tomato- 1 1/2 cup
- Oil- 8-10 Tbsp
- Dauda- 2
- Grated Ginger- 1 Tbsp
- Kasturi Methi- 1 Tsp
- Red Chili- 1 Tbsp
- Coriander Powder- 2 Tbsp
- Black Pepper- 1 Tsp
- Soya Sauce- 1 Tsp
- Salt- 2 Tsp
- Coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
Directions
Step 1
Soak Chana in water for 4-5 hrs. Pour soaked chana in cooker add salt(1 Tsp), water(1 1/2 glass) & baking soda, take 3 whistles at medium flame & open immediately.
Step 2
Take a big pan, pour oil add dauda, ginger & kasuri methi fry a little. Add onion fry till it get golden then add tomato & half cup water and fry till oil separates. Add all the masala & soya sauce and fry it till oil separates. Add boil chana and 1 cup water. Cover & cook for 10 mins.
Step 3
Garnish it with green coriander & serve it with your favorite combination of Puri or Rice or Paratha.
